To import multiple new class sessions via the Import Facilitated Sessions Wizard, you will need to use a template with the following columns and data. The import file can have a variable number of columns based on the number of class days to be created. The first 17 fields (columns A-Q) represent the basic class setup such as first class date, starting time, ending time, etc. The remaining fields are for the subsequent class dates for multi-day classes. These are listed in the import table as “ClassDate#2”, ”ClassStartTime#2”, etc. Up to 100 dates can be imported for a single class session.
One spreadsheet can be used for multiple class sessions and for one or more courses. If the same user is to be enrolled in more than one, be sure they have a separate row for each session or course they are enrolled in.
